Job Description:

PAL Airlines is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ticketing Agent Staff. As a Ticketing Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers have a smooth and pleasant travel experience from the moment they book their tickets to the time they board their flights. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, issuing tickets, and handling various inquiries related to travel plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: 

Provide outstanding customer service to passengers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience with PAL Airlines.

Ticketing and Reservations: 

Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and issuing tickets using the airline’s reservation system.

Inquiries and Assistance: Respond to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, fare information, travel policies, and other related topics.

Problem Resolution: 

Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Documentation: 

Ensure all necessary travel documents are in order, including passports, visas, and other required identification.

Payment Processing: 

Handle payments for ticket purchases, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.

Coordination: 

Coordinate with other departments, such as baggage handling and gate agents, to provide seamless service to passengers.

Compliance: 

Adhere to all airline policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

Education: 

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in travel, tourism, or related fields is an asset.

Experience: 

Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, or the airline industry is preferred.

Skills: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: 

Familiarity with airline reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Language: 

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

Availability: 

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
