Job Description:

As a Ground Operations Supervisor at RAK Airways, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient ground operations to maintain high standards of safety, security, and customer service. You will oversee a team of ground staff and coordinate various activities to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Supervising and leading ground handling activities including check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and aircraft turnaround operations.

Ensuring compliance with airline policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring and maintaining operational efficiency and service quality metrics.

Handling passenger inquiries and resolving issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.

Conducting training sessions for ground staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.

Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize ground handling processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in airline ground operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Knowledge of aviation safety and security standards.

Proficiency in relevant computer applications and systems.
