Aer Lingus is looking for a highly competent and experienced Structure Engineer to join their devoted team.

Responsibilities:
We are now hiring for the job of AIRcraft Engineer (Structures) to support our Base Maintenance and Dublin Line teams. Joining Aer Lingus and working on our fleet of about 50 aeroplanes that travel to over 100 destinations in Europe and North America is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Selected individuals must assume responsibility for the certification or maintenance of A320/321 CEO, NEO, and A330 AIRcraft. We are searching for extremely driven people with a track record of success in an AIRcraft maintenance setting.
Execution of Line Maintenance tasks, including A Checks, and certification thereof.
To carry out maintenance in accordance with the Aer Lingus MOE, ensuring the highest levels of AIRworthiness.
Assigned tasks by your superiors should be completed safely, promptly, and diligently, adhering to corporate policies and established standards.
complete application of all IT systems in the maintenance division.
compliance with all legal, business, and health and safety obligations.
When putting the Aer Lingus security of AIRcraft programme into practice, take initiative.
strict compliance with all applicable AIRport rules and instructions.
Ensure that the workspace and company cars are kept tidy and secure.
Participate actively in the Maintenance and Engineering Department's ongoing programmes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and key criteria:
Desired: EASA AIRcraft Maintenance B1 or Cat A licence, but not mandatory
Minimum 5 years' experience in AIRcraft Structural Maintenance
Experience in assessing and repAIRing AIRcraft damage
Proficient in SRM (Structural RepAIR Manual)
Skilled in IT systems, including MS Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
Demonstrates strong technical judgment and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
Flexible, willing to travel for AOG (AIRcraft on Ground) situations
Willing to work shifts on a 24 x 7 basis
Holds a full clean Irish driving license or eligible for exchange to Irish license
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without restrictions
Can provide 2 verifiable references
Willing to undergo a 5-year security background check
Ready to complete a medical questionnAIRe and examination
Identity Proof:
Non-Irish citizens must provide a valid police disclosure certificate from their home country. If they have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months, they must also furnish a police disclosure certificate from each relevant country.

Desirable Qualifications:
Possess current company authorization for EASA AIRcraft Maintenance, either B1 or B2 category on A320 CEO and/or NEO, or A330 AIRcraft.
Hold a type rating on AIRcraft with technology similar to A320 (CFM-56) (LEAP-1A) or A330 (GE CF6).
Experience with the AMOS computer system.
